Русский: Лорд Роглан, Омер-Паша и Пелисье под Севастополем в 1855 году.
В 1882 году Ив. Ив. Красовский, бывший адьютант кн. М.Д. Горчакова, рассказал историю этого портрета. В мае 1855 года после одного из отбитых штуромов, вожди неприятельской армии прислали парламентёра к князю М.Д. Горчакову просить его портрет. Тот отвечал, что у него в Севастополе нет фотографа. На другой день неприятель прислал с парламентёром фотографа, и кн. Горчаков дозволил снять с себя портрет. Портрет этот (см. File:Gorchakov Mikhail Dmitrievich.jpg) был послан князем в подарок своим противникам, которые одарили его большой фотографией - своим портретом. Оба эти портрета хранились у И.И. Красовского, который подарил их журналу "Русская старина". Гравюру по фото исполнил Георгий Иванович Грачёв в 1882 году. |
