Summary

Description
English: Representative Betty Easley, Republican from Largo, with Representative Bruce McEwan, Republican from Orlando, use a schoolhouse sketch to debate Amendment 79 to a House Appropriations Bill. This second picture represents the Florida Education Finance Program as the shambles they say the program has now become. PT01846 demonstrates the way it was originally started.
