English: Composite reconstruction of the skull of Razanandrongobe sakalavae in palatal view (the specimens are indicated in the figure), and size comparisons with (left to right) the giant thalattosuchian Machimosaurus rex Fanti et al., 2016, the giant sebecid Barinasuchus arveloi Paolillo & Linares, 2007, the largest extant crocodilian Crocodylus porosus Schneider, 1801, and two of the biggest neosuchians, Sarcosuchus imperator De Broin & Taquet, 1966, and Purussaurus brasiliensis Barbosa-Rodrigues, 1892. Grey areas indicate skull roof areas visible through the palatal fenestrae. Scale bar = 50 cm. Skulls redrawn respectively from: Martinelli et al.
