English: Ravensthorpe L&Y railway station (site), Yorkshire Opened in 1869 by the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway on the line from Thornhill to Low Moor, this station closed to passengers in 1952 and completely in 1962. View north west at what appears to be the former goods shed. No other station buildings appear to have survived. The platforms would have been just behind the camera position.
