English: Four recent graduates from the University of Salford gave an outstanding performance at the prestigious Royal Television Society (RTS) North West Student Awards on Tuesday, 12 January.
Jon Brady scooped the fiction category with his film Blind Dates – a comedy he wrote and directed about two men who meet in the street and discover they are dating the same imaginary girlfriend.
Kay Fleming was runner-up in the same category with Introducing Oliver Harrison, while Dale Sullivan’s Growing Up in a Mediation Community and BA Animation graduate Adam Orton’s The Tout were runners-up in the remaining categories – factual and animation.
