Summary

Description
English: Stores for the first contingent of Royal Air Force personnel to deploy on Opeation Ellamy, arrive at an air base in the Mediterranean as part of the UK contribution to help enforce the no fly zone over Libya.

A team from RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire was airlifted to the base by C130 Hercules transport aircraft.

They were accompanied by specialist air movements staff from 1 Air Mobility Wing, based at RAF Lyneham in Wiltshire, whose role was to unload cargo and passengers as the RAF's presence in the area builds over the coming days.
