Close-up detail of the Chinese cityscape handscroll Along the River During Qingming Festival, ink and colors on silk, 25.5 × 525 cm.
Date Northern Song Dynasty (960–1127), although there is scholarly speculation that it might have been painted in the early Southern Song (1127–1279) after the fall of Kaifeng to the Jin Dynasty.
