DescriptionPreston Railway Station E Lancs platforms (cropped).jpg
English: The car parks of Preston railway station(centre) and Fishergate Centre(right), Preston, Lancashire, England, viewed from Vicar's Bridge in 2007. Until 1972 this was the site of the station's "East Lancashire" platforms, which would have been curving towards the camera. The train shed of the current railway station is visible in the distance. A multi-storey car park has since been built over part of this area. File:Preston 7 railway station 2039787 d579c3c3.jpg shows the same location in 1959.
