I wrote the uploader of this image, who said that the photograph was the property of her family, and informed her that the images she uploaded needed "to have a 'tag', or a template that indicates their copyright status. If you are willing to release them under the terms of the GFDL, let me know and I'll tag them as such. That is your best licensing option, since it will allow the use of the images on other-language Wikipedias."

She wrote me back with the message "Yes please add the GFDL tag". I have little-to-no doubt that her family does own the copyrights in question and that she is capable of releasing them under the terms of the GFDL, and have therefore tagged this image and all the others in question .--Rockero 11:31, 25 June 2006 (UTC)
