Summary

Description
English: Paraguayan soldiers looting the Allied camp at the second battle of Tuyutí, 3 November 1867. The flags (Swiss, French, etc) denote the nationalities of the sutlers' stores that catered for the allied soldiery, and where almost anything could be bought, at a price.
