Summary

Description
English: A complete setup showing a Philips PM5544 and three supporting pieces of equipment required for normal operation. From bottom to top: PM5554 PAL colour encoder, PM5555 PAL subcarrier generator, the PM5544 its self and a PM5530 sync generator. In subsequent years these supporting units were consolidated into a single 3RU piece of equipment and eventually eliminated entirely in the PM5544's successor - the PM5534.
