English: Norfolk Green bus 617 (reg. MX55 WCV), a 2005 OptareSolo M920 midibus, pictured in Cromer, Norfolk. It's wearing a commemorative livery applied in 2009 to mark the 50th anniversary of the closure of the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway.
Two Norfolk Green buses received this scheme, 617 & 618, with different messages on their rear. As seen here, 617 carried the message "That's (not quite) Yer Lot" (a reference to the message chalked on the front of the MGN locomotives on its final day) along with details of some of Norfolk Green's bus routes that travel along the the former MGN lines. 618 carried the message "no more 'Muddle & Get Nowhere'" (a reference to the MGN's nickname) along with congratulations to the heritage North Norfolk Railway (which runs on a former MGN line) on regaining a connection to the national network (at Sheringham).
