Deutsch: Das Nizza-Ufer in Frankfurt am Main, Grenze Innenstadt/Bahnhofsviertel, gestaltet von Stadtgärtner Sebastian Rinz (1782-1861), Lehrer von Heinrich Siesmayer (1817-1900) vor niedergelegten Wallanlagen Nähe Untermainbrücke. Hintergrund Neubau eines Bürohauses der Metzler Bank auf historischem Grund der im 2. Weltkrieg untergegangenen Villa Grunelius des Moritz Eduard von Grunelius (1843– 1923), nach dem Krieg zeitweise bebaut mit dem Theater-Parkhaus, Frankfurt am Main, Untermainkai 18. Vordergrund Restaurant Main Nizza. Das Gebäude besteht aus dem Mitarbeiterrestaurant des Bankhauses Metzler und einem öffentlichen Restaurant mit Bar und Lounge. In der schönen Jahreszeit hat ein großer Sommergarten mit Restauration geöffnet (Architekten Köhler).
