English: The ancient Egyptian war god Montu is usually depicted as a falcon-headed man; he is distinguished from other falcon or hawk headed gods by the two tall plumes on his headdress. Montu could also be depicted in a fully falcon form where he wears this headdress, and in later dynasties Montu was depicted occasionally as a bull-headed man.
