MOS Technology's MCS650X Microprocessors Preliminary Data Sheet, August 1975. (Page 1 of 16.) This version included the MCS6501 that was socket compatible with Motorola's MC6800 microprocessor. After a lawsuit, MOS Technology had to stop selling the 6501 and the datasheet was revised in May 1976.
