English: Lunnclough Hall, Edgerton This is one of the many Mansions in Edgerton. Lunnclough Hall was built for Reid Holliday, 1809-1889, who was in the Dyestuffs Industry, and through his endeavours and innovations and the expansion of the textile industry eventually became British Dyes Ltd and then, after amalgamating with other firms, started the giant I C I Company.
