A portion of a photograph I did not take is visible in this photo; as the full original photo is not visible here and the fragment which is seen is used here to illustrate the aftermath of the flood rather than an attempted reuse of the original photo. I therefore state that the photo visible is not used here in a manner which would infringe on the copyright of the photographer. Do not copy to Wikimedia Commons, as it contains potential derivative work.
