English: Stock certificate of the Lockheed Aircraft Company for 100 shares, issued June 10, 1929, signed in original by company founder Allan H. Loughead as Vice President. On July 23, 1929, majority stockholder sold the company to Detroit Aircraft Corporation. In August 1929, Allan H. Loughead resigned as vice president and formed a new company, Loughead Brothers Aircraft Corporation.
