Summary

Description
English: Electric tram on Letná built by František Křižík, Czech electrical engineer. It was the first electric streetcar route in Prague (all previous were horse-powered). Its purpose was to carry visitors to a major exhibition and to promote the use of electric power. The picture only shows the design; the construction and operation only started in 1891.
