Русский: Герб Украинской ССР на здании Харьковского горисполкома, сейчас горсовета. Площадь Тевелева, сейчас Конституции, дом 7, угол Советского переулка. Здание восстановлено в стиле "сталинский ампир" после разрушения во время WWII, - в 1947-1954 годах.
