It reads This is the borderline between KRBL and KRŞY which belong to Kubaba of PWŞD/R, who is in Kastabalay (= Castabala) and whoever around this borderline in front of Kubaba of PWŞD/R turns, and somebody else …. The original inscription in Aramaic is (KAI 278): "זנה תחום כרביל / וכרשי קריתא / זי מהחסן כבבה / זי פושד/ר זי בכשתבלי / ואיש זי יחגה / לתחומא זנה קדם / כבבה זי פושד/ר / או איש אחרן" ("znh tḥwm krbyl / wkršy qrytʾ / zy mhhḥsn kbbh / zy pwšd/r zy bkštbly / wʾyš zy yḥgh / ltḥwmʾ znh qdm / kbbh zy pwšd/r / ʾw ʾyš ʾḥrn")
