Description
English: Deputy Defense Secretary Paul D. Wolfowitz (left) and Marine Corps General James L. Jones meet the press Jan. 16, 2003, following Jones' assumption of command of U.S. European Command in Stuttgart, Germany. The general will also serve as NATO's supreme allied commander Europe. Jones is the first Marine to hold the two positions.
