1. Use of the image in the named article provides more information than simply showing what the person looks like. This image is taken from a copyrighted commercial, and clearly shows the digitally enhanced Adam's apple effect that is mentioned and referenced in the article, something that could not be replicated by a free image.
2. Use of the image does not infringe on the commercial opportunities of the named copyright holder.
3. No duplicate or similar fair use images exist on Wikipedia that would serve the same purpose. The image is of sufficiently low resolution.
4. The image has been previously published outside Wikipedia (see the named source above).
5. The image meets general Wikipedia content requirements and is encyclopedic.
