Summary

Description
English: The grave of Hungarian born US-American violinist Joseph Szigeti (1892-1973) and his wife Wanda, née Ostrowska (1895-1969), at the cemetery of Clarens in the Swiss canton of Vaud. Their only child, daughter Irene (1920-2005), and son-in-law Nikita Magaloff (1912-1992), a world-famous pianist of Georgian-Russian origin, are buried just a few meters away.
Français : la tombe de Joseph Szigeti (1892-1973), violoniste américain d'origine hongroise, et de son épouse Wanda, née Ostrowska (1895-1969), au cimetière de Clarens dans le canton de Vaud en Suisse. Leur unique enfant, leur fille Irene (1920-2005), et leur gendre Nikita Magaloff (1912-1992), pianiste de renommée mondiale d'origine géorgienne-russe, sont enterrés à quelques mètres seulement.
Deutsch: Das Grab des in Ungarn geborenen US-amerikanischen Geigers Joseph Szigeti (1892–1973) und seiner Frau Wanda, geb. Ostrowska (1895–1969), auf dem Friedhof von Clarens im Schweizer Kanton Waadt. Ihr einziges Kind, Tochter Irene (1920–2005), und Schwiegersohn Nikita Magaloff (1912–1992), ein weltberühmter Pianist georgisch-russischer Herkunft, sind nur wenige Meter entfernt begraben.
