This is a stunning piece of unusual size and quality, and sturdiness. The thick leaves are more like plates than the typical leafy things we often see. It is VERY bright and yellow-colored, indicating a high purity. This miniature also has some eye appeal, in its arborescent form, and easily holds its own with California pieces that are inexplicably pricier despite being more common. Here, you get a lot of surface area and volume fo ryour money, so it SHOWS like a much more expensive gold even though composed of leaves which cumulatively weigh less than massive gold would. 4.7 x 2.8 x 1.6 cm
