English: The 24 metre high brick obelisk is partly hidden in woodland, within Garendon Park, between Loughborough and Shepshed in Leicestershire, England. Built in the 1730's by w:Ambrose Phillipps it is now a Grade II listed building.
The brick part of the structure sits on an iron plate on top of four spherical feet which, in turn, rests on the stone pedestal foundation.
It underwent a degree of restoration work in June 2020.

La partie en brique de la structure repose sur une plaque de fer au sommet de quatre pieds sphériques qui, à son tour, repose sur la fondation en pierre du piédestal.
