- it is a low resolution copy of a dvd cover;
- it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the dvd in any way;
- no free alternative is available;
- its use is commensurate with usage throughout discographies and album and dvd listings across the world wide web;
- its low resolution means copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the dvd artwork
