Description
English: The only monumental Venetian terracotta is painted and gilded. Originally erected for Bon Scipio whose arms remained represented. The paintings in the upper part representing an Annunciation attributed to either Giovani di Francia or Zanino di Pietro.
Français : La seule oeuvre monumentale en terre cuite de Venise elle est peinte et dorée. Initialement érigé pour Scipion Bon dont les armes sont restées représentées. Les peintures de la partie supérieure représentant une Annonciation sont attribuées soit à Giovani di Francia ou à Zanino di Pietro.
Italiano: L'opera, che risale al 1437, è attribuita a Nanni di Bartolo e a Michele da Firenze, mentre l'urna pensile, in marmo dorato, è decorata con bassorilievi con le raffigurazioni della Risurrezione e della Discesa al Limbo e da alcunte statuette; sopra, entro una lunetta di stile gotico con busti di santi, è presente il bassorilievo del Battesimo di Gesù. Alla parete, in alto, compare una Annunciazione.
