Description
Français : Au centre de la composition, Satan est allongé sur un gril gigantesque d'où il saisit les âmes pour les projeter vers le haut par la puissance de son souffle brûlant. Des flammes sortent de lucarnes ouvertes dans les montagnes tourmentées se dressant à l'arrière-plan, où l'on aperçoit d'autres âmes damnées. Au premier plan, deux diables attisent le feu sous le gril à l'aide de trois grands soufflets. D'autres démons font subir des sévices aux hommes qui ont mal vécu, y compris un religieux tonsuré qui porte encore ses vêtements sacerdotaux.
