Summary
| Description |
English: A flour dresser in the Pakenham Watermill. This device improved the quality of the flour by removing some of the bran. The flour entered via a hopper on the right and passes through the rotating drum with a fine wire mesh. This sieved the flour which fell to the floor below. |
