Флаг Таттинского улуса Республики Саха (Якутия) представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище, состоящее из трёх разноцветных горизонтальных полос зеленого, голубого, белого цветов. Соотношение ширины полос к ширине флага: зелёной полосы — 3/4 ширины флага, голубых полос — 1/8 ширины флага, белых полос — 1/7 ширины флага. На середине зелёной полосы расположен круг с изображением зелёного древа жизни „Аал-Луук мас“. Диаметр круга составляет 2/5 ширины флага. Отношение ширины флага к его длине — 1:2
