Прямоугольное полотнище синего цвета с соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, в центре которого — окантованный жёлтым цветом ромб зелёного цвета с выпуклыми сторонами, к каждому углу которого снаружи примыкает зерно жёлтого цвета; внутри ромба — сидящий на задних лапах сурок-байбак жёлтого цвета в пол-оборота к древку.
