Summary

Description
English: The Orgel diagram for F ions is used for d2, d3, d7, and d8 configurations. It also contains the excited P state. The left side of the diagram is useful for d2 and d7 tetrahedral complexes, and for d3 and d8 octahedral complexes. The right side of the diagram is useful for d3 and d8 tetrahedral complexes, and for d2 and d7 octahedral complexes.
