Exposition Auditorium in the San Francisco Civic District, a national landmark district (1915). It was the only building in the civic district that was completed in time for the 1915 World's Fair. The pipe organ was installed in 1917. The Democratic National Convention was held here in 1920, nominating James M. Cox for President. It hosted the welcoming ceremony for delegates during the United Nations Conference in 1945.
