English: Entrance to Fort Eben-Emael in Belgium, July 2007. DeMinimis applies here. This is Bloc 1, a two level concrete blockhouse, seen from the south (i.e. from the approach road outside the fortress), with three embrasures visible to the left of the entrance. The lowest one mounted a 60mm anti tank gun, the one directly above it a machine gun, and the one offset to the right a searchlight. Garrison was 5 NCOs and 23 soldiers. Contemporary photos show vegetation was much thinner when the fortress was in use.
