Summary

Description Three of our Nationally designated landmarks date back beyond 10,000 years ago to the time of now-extinct Pleistocene animals like the mammoth and mastodon and to the early peoples of Alaska who hunted them. Dry Creek Archaeological Site is one of these landmarks.
