Though the picture is copyright © to Riyu Kosaka and Avex, I Livandlifthrasir|talk 11:00, 16 October 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a low-resolution screenshot;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes showing the CD case of Riyu Kosaka's single release, Yamato Nadeshiko.
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on Avex's or Riyu Kosaka's commercial use of the image in question.
