Summary
| Description |
English: Map delineating Management Units (MUs) and Evolutionary Significant Units (ESUs). There are at least six distinct MUs on Cuba that correspond to our population genetic structure results. MUs marked with “?” represent known populations from other ecological studies which may or may not be genetically distinct MUs, but require genetic confirmation. The two ESUs correspond to the Western and Eastern groups based on mitochondrial DNA (illustrated in File:Phylogram and distribution map of Cyclura nubila nubila.webp). Map was drawn with QGIS v.3.10 (https://qgis.org/en/site/). |
