The image File:Cry3 promo lg.jpg is being linked here; though the copyright for the photo is thought to be owned by the photographer, artists, or their agents, it is felt to be covered by fair use because:
- The image is of significantly lower resolution than the original photo (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
- No free or public domain images have been located for the band, and as the artists no longer perform as a group, none can be taken.
- This image has been made available by one of the artists on a page offering photos for promotional use. This photo and similar ones appear on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is. The image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original in any way.
