Description
English: The Executive Committee of the Cook Islands legislature in 1962, photographed the day after their election. The photo was taken on Thursday 12th July 1962. The Hon. William Estall (with the eis) was one of the 3 Cook Islands representatives attending the South Pacific Conference in Pago Pago and this photo was taken at the airstrip prior to his departure via RNZAF Hastings for Samoa From Left to Right DC Brown, T Tangaroa, T Tuavera, W Estall, V Rere, Ngatupuna Matepi, Les Bailey
