Description
Русский: В лазоревом поле на серебряном пониженном волнообразном поясе золотое, плывущее влево судно (дощаник) с мачтой без парусов, рулем и флюгерами с двумя косицами - один на мачте, другой на носу судна. Щит увенчан золотой башенной короной о пяти зубцах, дополненной внизу золотым лавровым венком.

Щитодержатели: черные с серебряными глазами и клыками бобр и лис, стоящие на золотом трофее (состоящем из алебард, знамен, барабанов с круглым щитом посредине).

Девиз: "От сего града начинается" начертан серебром на лазоревой ленте.
English: In an azure field on a silver lowered undulating belt, a golden vessel (plank) sailing to the left with a mast without sails, rudder and weather vane with two pigtails - one on the mast, the other on the bow of the vessel. The shield is topped with a golden tower crown with five prongs, complemented at the bottom by a golden laurel wreath.

Shield holders: black beaver and fox with silver eyes and fangs, standing on a golden trophy (consisting of halberds, banners, drums with a round shield in the middle).

The motto: "From this city begins" is inscribed in silver on a lapis lazuli ribbon.
