This coat of arms image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.


It is recommended to name the SVG file “Coat of Arms of Stepanakert.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.

Copyright shall not extend to ideas, principles, methods, ceremonies (rituals), procedures, views (viewpoints), systems, proposed solutions, and discoveries of objectively existing phenomena.
Comment – Republic of Artsakh is a self-proclaimed state. While de-facto independent, it is regarded as a part of Azerbaijan Republic by most countries. Nevertheless it is supposed, that author has agreed with uncopyrightability of this work.
