It is contended that the use of this image qualifies as fair use when used in the article on A Morning for the following reasons.

1. This image is not replaceable; logos are always presumed non-free per WP:LOGO.
2. This image is copyrighted and there is no non-copyrighted version of this image available.
3. This image is used for identification and or educational purposes only in the article on A Morning, and other articles if specific fair use rationale can be provided.
4. This image enhances the article in which it's displayed, as it provides an immediate relevance to the reader more capably than the textual description alone.
5. This logo, a primary identifier for the group discussed in A Morning, can not be effectively replaced by prose and achieve the same identification capabilities.
6. This image is of a reasonably low resolution.
7. This image does not limit the copyright holder's ability to profit from the original source, nor will it dilute the importance or recognition of the logo in connection with its organization.
