Description Central Bandstand, Herne Bay, Kent, England, designed by H. Kempton Dyson in 1924 and built of ferro-concrete (reinforced concrete). Photophraphed 1925-1929 because the deckchair area has been extended, but ladies fashions are still 1920s.
