| Description |
English: The west end of Castle Street, Cork, Ireland, with insets zoomed in on signs naming the former Centre (No. 5) and West (No. 6) wards. The ward boundary ran down the centre of Castle Street. These wards were created in 1853 under the Cork Municipal Corporation Act 1853 and superseded in 1970 under the Electoral Act 1963. However, they were last used for local elections in 1914. |
