This image was derived from the web site of ISRO. Government of India has published this image for information purpose. Moreover, the image does not come from a commercial source. Therefore, there is no loss of revenue. Though the image is not in public domain, the Indian Information Act states that they can be used to dissipate information. Therefore this image is in fair use.
