English: Carmelas Varrio Locos is the oldest in the city of Norwalk. Carmelas was Est.1913 making it one of the oldest gang in South East Los Angeles and also one of the oldest through all of LA. Carmelas territory spreads from Carmenita to Rosecrans located in the north east region of Norwalk. Nearby gangs such as Varrio Norwalk 13 and Varrio La Mirada have all fell victim to the gang with ruthless murders taking place all throughout the year. Specialized Gang Units ranked Carmelas as the #3 most dangerous gang located in the south east region of Los Angeles with other gangs included on this list being Artesia Chivas 13, Varrio Hawaiian Gardens 13, Varrio Norwalk 13 and Canta Ranas 13. Carmelas Varrio Locos takes part in many crimes such as Drug Trafficking, Bank Robbery and Murder. |
