This is the logo for Canadian General Electric. Further details: The early logo for the Canadian General Electric Company Limited (CGE). The trademark was registered on 09 March 1904 to the Canadian General Electric Company Limited, of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with the date of first use in Canada being March 07, 1904. This logo is similar to the standard General Electric (GE) logo, except that the letter C is squeezed in in front of "GE". This logo was eventually replaced with the standard American GE logo. The trademark is still registered, although it is currently registered to the General Electric Company in the U.S.A.
