DescriptionBritish United Shoe Machinery later main entrance, Leicester, about 2000.jpg
English: British United Shoe Machinery buildings and later main entrance, on Ross Walk, Leicester, about 2000. After BUSM vacated the buildings fronting on to Belgrave Road, the main entrance was moved to the factory building seen in the middle distance on Ross Walk. The bridge which had been across Ross Walk between the factory buildings was at the far end of the multi-story building.
By this time the site had been sold to a developer and BUSM rented the buildings it needed. The single-story buildings on the right (including the steel stores and plating shop) had already been vacated and were offered 'To Let'.
