It's my own work, but incorporates two pre-existing files on Commons. This rather usual situation doesn't seem to be covered by any of the alternatives, sorry. I'm uploading it to Wikipedia instead of Commons because it's for use in my userspace, and exceedingly unlikely to be of interest to anybody on any other project.
